How much to replace Valve stem seals at a shop like National Tire and Battery or dealership?

I have a Mazda protege DX 4 door sedan. It is a 4 Cly engine. I know they have hourly rates. How many hours do you think it will take? Are the parts expensive. Is it a big job? Thanks. How much to replace Valve stem seals at a shop like National Tire and Battery or dealership?
It should take them no more than 10 minutes for all 4 wheels. How much to replace Valve stem seals at a shop like National Tire and Battery or dealership?
If you are replacing the valve stem seals in your tires, why not do it yourself?

Go to an Autozone and get four new valve stem seals, and the tool for removing them (it is only a few bucks).

Remove the cap, and insert the tool down the stem; once you feel it slide into the groove on the valve itself turn it to the left. **Don't put your face directly behind the vavle stem as air will be comming out from the tire pressure and it is possible for the little valve inside to come out in a hurry.**

After removing the old valve, quickly insert the new valve into the stem and screw it in; then check the tire pressure to see how much air you need to put in to top it off.

I would say this is an "easy" job; just make sure the new valve is inserted correctly!
