Well I want to know I went to National Tire and Battery to get my car serviced but y card was declined and now

i dont have any money to pay for the service what legal actions could be taken against me i.e warrant for my arrest civil suit or what?Well I want to know I went to National Tire and Battery to get my car serviced but y card was declined and now
First I would call the credit card company and find out why it was rejected. It my be something simple and you can go and use it after all. If nothing can be done talk to National Tire and Battery and see what you can work out with them. They may take payments.Well I want to know I went to National Tire and Battery to get my car serviced but y card was declined and now
You answered your own question. You have no money to pay services already rendered..HELLO?! That's like saying you went to the grocery store and just started to eat food and open up a gallon of milk to drink, I'd say you're a thief if you didn't pay for it after you already ate it. So, basically, you stole.Well I want to know I went to National Tire and Battery to get my car serviced but y card was declined and now
Can you maybe offer them minimum monthly payment? Or see if you can borrow the money from a relative, friend or bank! Yes legal action will be taken if it's not paid, probably Small Claims Court.
I agree with Ziggy. I had a $2,500 transaction denied once because it didn't fit my usual charging pattern. I usually charged transactions of less than $100, so the credit card company thought my card or number had been stolen. When I called them to find out why, they approved the transaction.

Now when I'm going to charge a large purchase, I call them first.
