NTB crashed my truck at their garage?

I brought my truck into National Tire and Battery for new tires and an oil check, plus more check-up work. It's a standard transmission Chevrolet Silverado. And they called me just before to inform me, "Your truck had an accident and smashed against an air tank (or something along those words)." There was a pause and they said it was minor, but I need to go in.



Is it NTB's fault? I have valid insurance that will take care of property damage and the truck itself but still. I think they didn't know how to properly drive a stick-shift but... It's a mechanic place. They should be familiar.NTB crashed my truck at their garage?
