How to get back at my boss???

ok I work for National Tire and Battery, and my boss is compleate jerk! Let me give you an overview, I am a auto technician and I get paid on commishon, some jobs like doing 4 tires pays me around $4 and some jobs like brakes I could get $70. So about the same amout of time worked. Well by manager is mexican and there are 3 othere auto technicians and 5 oil changer guys. Well the 3 other auto technicians are mexican and 1 of the oil change guys is mexican. My manager gives them everything and anything! Like today... I was working from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, well my manager said everyone has to stay late for a meeting, except 4 of the people who work there....let they are the mexicans. I have not problom with the othere guys just my manager. He made me stay untill 12:35 AM!!!! At about 10:30 I told him I have to go home to my wife, he told me if I leave then that means I quit! What a jerk! I want to get back at him someway...I was thinking of calling the EPA to investagate.....How to get back at my boss???
An employer cannot force you to work overtime in many states. You should look up the labor laws in your state.

You don't have to get back at him, it will be another hard time for you if you do want to- he is a powerful man than you are, thats why you call him Boss.

If you can prove that your manager is doing the things he is doing , not only will you get better treatment you can sue his and the shops pants off!
