Given the varying positions you've held, using so much jargon probably won't help you much. You'll want to elaborate upon a special achievement or two in the cover letter, but make sure you're focusing it towards the position for which you're applying.
It sounds good to me but if you really want success you should tailor your resume to what field you want to get into. I think your experience and background is good but you need to get employers to see how it relates to the job you are applying for. This information can be detailed in a cover letter, too.
Figure out what industry you want to get into and then choose a position you want to target. Go from there and then it will be easier to highlight your qualities and experience based on what skills you think you will need.
