Can a 1994 lexus tow a 2000 yamaha xr1800?

the lexus is a rear will drive v8. its max towing capacity is 2000 pounds. On NADA blue book it says the yamaha is 1950 pounds but i dont know if that includes trailer, because the trailer value is included in the NADA blue book. also, can the lexus handle the loading and unloading of the boat at dock.|||No. Once you add the weight of the trailer, you are overloaded.
