Determining Used Boat Value?

I'm looking for recommendations on how to evaluate and make a fair offer on a 22' used boat. The NADA site does not list this particular boat on the site, although it does list the same boat in a 20' size.

The boat is in need of some work. Is there a system that figures value based on condition, or should we just estimate work needed and deduct from the value if in good/mint condition?|||ABOS has used boat values but you have to pay a subscription fee you might call your local boat dealer they will usually help you.|||The value of anything is simply what someone is willing to pay for it.

Take ten different people and you'll get ten different values on just about anything.

You can use your formula and if that is what you are willing to pay, then that is your value of the boat. But how do you determin the value of a good/mint used boat. You can put any price on anything being sold. When two people (the seller and the buyer) agree on the price, then that is the value of the item.|||its only worth what you are willing to pay see what other boats that are made by the same company go for like if it a wellcraft look at wellcraft boats i have a 1978 wellcraft that probably is only worth about 4000 dollars but to me i wouldnt sell it for 10000 so its everything you have to look at do you like the boat is the engine good does it come with a trailer then make an offer its like a car if you see a car thats 10 years old and the value is 2500 but its in mint condition and you like it i would pay alot more wouldnt you
