I have a ice stormed damaged boat, NADA states a low retail price can I go by That price?

I think you are safe to use the low retail as a starting point. From there, you have to determine if your boat falls into a worse than or better than category compared to NADA~s description which is :

Low Retail Value 鈥?A low retail valued boat will show excessive wear and tear either cosmetically and/or mechanically. This boat may or may not be in running order. The buyer can expect to invest in cosmetic and/or mechanical work. Low retail vessels usually are not found on a dealer's lot. Low Retail should not be considered a trade-in value.|||nada usually gives a low value on your boat but you have to add all your assessories by themselves, trolling motor, depth finder, trailer and so on...
